Terms of service

Settl is software: a hosted checkout and server-side conversion tracking for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Payments run through the payment providers the merchant connects (such as Whop, Stripe or others). Settl is not a payment provider and never holds the merchant's money.

You need an account to use Settl. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be allowed to connect the stores, payment providers and ad accounts you add.

Settl is offered as a subscription per store. Prices are shown on the website before you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed through Whop and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan then stays active until the end of the paid period.

You stay responsible for your store: your products, prices, taxes, shipping, refunds and the information you show to buyers, and for having a valid legal basis (such as consent for marketing cookies) for the tracking you switch on. Settl processes buyer data on your behalf, as described in our privacy policy.

Settl works with services such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Whop, Stripe, Meta, Google and others. Their own terms apply to your use of them. If such a service changes or stops its API, parts of Settl may work differently or stop working.

Don't use Settl for illegal products or services, fraud, or anything that breaks the rules of the payment providers or ad platforms you connect. We may suspend a store that does.

We work hard to keep Settl running and your data safe, but we can't promise it is free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, Settl is not liable for indirect damage such as lost sales or profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms; for important changes we let you know by e-mail before they apply. You can stop using Settl and delete your stores at any time.
