Questions about providers
Can I connect more than one provider?+
Yes. Connect as many as you like; each shows as its own option on your checkout. In your dashboard you drag them into the order you want buyers to see them.
Why would I combine providers?+
No provider covers everything. Whop's card form has no iDEAL, for example, while Stripe and Mollie do. Put Whop first for cards and wallets and add Stripe or Mollie for iDEAL and Bancontact, and every buyer finds the way they like to pay.
Does Settl take a cut of my sales?+
No. Payments go straight from the buyer to your own provider account. You pay your provider's normal rates and a fixed monthly price to Settl, with no fee per order.
My provider isn't listed. Now what?+
Tell us which one you use. We add providers regularly, and a new one appears on this page and in your dashboard the moment it's live.
Can buyers also pay without a provider?+
Yes. Bank transfer, pick-up and pay on delivery can be switched on as manual methods. Pay on delivery can carry an extra fee.
