How we chose and compared
We looked at tools that send Shopify purchases to ad platforms, from simple pixel apps to full data platforms. For each we checked the starting price, which store platforms it supports and which ad networks it sends server-side events to. We left out analytics suites where tracking is a small part of a much bigger product, like Triple Whale, Polar Analytics and Northbeam; they're worth a look if you want full attribution and BI.
The right pick depends mostly on three things: how many ad platforms you run, how much setup help you want, and whether you prefer a flat price or one that grows with orders or revenue.
Settl
Settl's 99,9% Tracking saves the ad click on your store for 90 days and sends every paid order server-side to Meta, TikTok, Google (GA4 and Google Ads), Snapchat, Pinterest, X, Microsoft Ads and Reddit, plus Klaviyo, with hashed email and phone and a shared event id for deduplication. The dashboard pulls spend from your Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and Pinterest accounts and shows ROAS per ad, with advice on which ads to scale or switch off. An hourly health check e-mails you when a platform starts failing. It costs €39,99 a month flat, with no per-order fee, and works on Shopify and WooCommerce.
Where others are stronger: Settl doesn't send to LinkedIn, Criteo or Taboola, has no multi-touch attribution models, and doesn't offer a free tier or several stores on one plan. If you need those, look further down this list.
WeTracked
WeTracked is a cookieless, first-party server-side tracker with a Pulse dashboard. Every plan allows multiple stores (three on Starter) and unlimited pixels, and it supports many third-party checkouts such as Funnelish, Checkify and CheckoutChamp, plus X as an ad platform. It starts at $49 a month for up to 500 orders, with a 14-day trial and a 60-day money-back guarantee tied to ROAS. A strong choice if you run several stores or a third-party checkout.
TrackBee
TrackBee, from Utrecht in the Netherlands, is server-side tracking built for Shopify. All 19 integrations, including Microsoft Ads, Klaviyo and GA4, come with every plan, and support is available on WhatsApp. Pricing starts at €79 a month excluding VAT and scales with tracked revenue, with a 30-day free trial and no card needed. A good fit for Shopify stores that want the widest set of destinations without upgrading.
Elevar, Littledata and Analyzify
Elevar is one of the best-known names in Shopify server-side tracking, with identity resolution, monitoring and alerts and over 40 destinations. It starts at $225 a month for 2,000 orders and two destinations, with a 15-day trial and expert-led onboarding. It's built for brands with real volume and someone who owns tracking.
Littledata is a server-side data layer without Google Tag Manager. Its Flex plan charges $0.35 per tracked order with no monthly minimum, which suits smaller stores with uneven months, and it supports headless and Hydrogen stores. There's a 30-day trial.
Analyzify focuses on GA4 and ad tracking with a done-for-you setup and strategy sessions, starting at $145 a month for 5,000 orders. It doesn't offer a traditional free trial, but it's a good match if GA4 accuracy matters to you and you'd rather have experts set it up.
Aimerce, RedTrack, Stape and Omega
Aimerce pairs a first-party pixel with server-side tracking and a Durable ID that it says extends visitor tracking to a year. It starts at $299 a month and has a 5.0 rating on the App Store. RedTrack has a genuinely free Relay plan with server-side events for one store, and paid plans from $99 a month with ROAS reporting. Stape hosts server-side Google Tag Manager and gateways at very low prices, from a free tier, if you or your agency are comfortable with GTM.
At the low end, Omega Facebook Pixel is the most-reviewed Meta pixel app in the Shopify App Store, with a free plan and paid plans from $20.99 a month. It's focused on Meta, so you'd add other apps for TikTok or Google.
How to choose the best pixel tracker for your Shopify store
Start from your situation, not from the feature list:
- Count your ad platforms. If you only run Meta, a Meta pixel app or Shopify's own app may be enough. Two or more platforms favour one tool that covers them all.
- Look at how the price grows. Flat pricing (Settl) stays the same in your best month. Per-order, per-event and per-revenue pricing (Littledata, Elevar, TrackBee, Stape) can be cheaper when you're small and more expensive as you grow.
- Be honest about setup time. Stape and server-side GTM need technical skills. Analyzify and Elevar offer expert help. Settl, WeTracked and TrackBee aim for a few minutes without code.
- Check your platform. If you run WooCommerce too, or might move, pick a tool that supports both.
- Use the trials. Most tools on this list have one or a cheap first month. Run it for two weeks and compare the gap between Shopify orders and reported purchases before and after.
