Questions
Is Pendym cheaper than Settl?+
At low volume, yes: Pendym charges only 0.5% per transaction, with no monthly fee (checked October 2026). As sales grow, the percentage keeps growing with them. Settl stays at €29,99 a month for the checkout, so somewhere around $6.000 to $10.000 a month in sales the flat price becomes the cheaper one.
Do both work with Whop?+
Yes. Both charge through your own Whop account and create the order in Shopify. Pendym works only with Whop; Settl can also run Stripe, Mollie, PayPal, Revolut, Airwallex and more, and switch to a backup when a payment fails.
Can I go back to the Shopify checkout?+
With both, yes. Pendym has a switch to revert, and on Settl you remove the line from your theme or cancel, and your store falls back to Shopify's own checkout.
