CartPanda is a commerce and checkout platform with its own payment processing, popular with dropshippers. You can run a store on it or connect its checkout to Shopify through a custom app. The monthly plans start very low, but every sale carries a percentage plus $1. Settl is a CartPanda alternative that runs on your own payment accounts, so the only per-order cost is your provider's own fee.

Pick CartPanda if…
- You don't have a payment provider of your own and want processing included.
- You want to run the whole store on CartPanda, with physical and digital products.
- You sell very little for now, and a $0,99 plan matters more than the fee per sale.
Pick Settl if…
- You'd rather not give 8.5–9.9% plus $1 of every sale to your checkout platform.
- You already have Stripe, Mollie, PayPal, Whop or another provider, and want the money paid out straight to you.
- You want to keep Shopify as your store and only change the checkout.
Questions
How much does CartPanda really cost?+
When we checked in October 2026, plans ran from $0,99 to $299 a month, plus 8.5% to 9.9% and $1 per sale. Whether that percentage includes card processing isn't clear on their pricing page, so see their site. On a $50 order, 9.9% + $1 is about $5,95. Settl takes 0% per order and costs €29,99 a month; your provider's own fee applies.
Can I use my own Stripe or Mollie account with CartPanda?+
Their site talks about their own multi-acquirer processing; we couldn't confirm that you can bring your own provider, so check with them. With Settl you always use your own accounts.
Do Settl orders still go into Shopify?+
Yes. Every paid Settl checkout becomes a normal Shopify order with customer, address, items and shipping, so stock and fulfilment keep working.
